Ingredients:
-⅓ cup Dutch Farms Premium Sliced Bacon, cooked and chopped into bits
-7 Dutch Farms Large Eggs
-1 cup Dutch Farms Cottage Cheese
-1 cup Dutch Farms Marble Jack Cheese, freshly shredded
-½ cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
-¼ tsp salt
-¼ tsp black pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325℉.
2. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk until smooth.
3. Stir in the chopped bacon, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, green pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Lightly coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
5. Evenly divide the mixture among the muffin cups.
6. Bake on the upper rack for 23–25 minutes, or until the centers are set.
7. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve and enjoy!
