INGREDIENTS:
- 8 sweet potatoes
- 2 Dutch Farms eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup flour
- 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel and boil the sweet potatoes. When soft, mash together with 2 eggs (beaten), milk, butter, vanilla and white sugar.
- In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, ½ cup melted butter, pecans and flour.
- In a casserole dish, spread mixture on top of the mashed sweet potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
