Serves 12
INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 stick unsalted Dutch Farms Butter
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 large Dutch Farms Eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Add the sugars and butter to a medium size sauce pot and cook over medium heat until the butter is completely melted and mixed in with the brown sugar, and slightly bubbling.
- Remove from the heat and mix in the white chocolate until melted and then whisk in the eggs.
- Next, add in the vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and whisk until combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until mixed in.
- Pour the batter into a greased 13×9 casserole dish lined with parchment paper and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a slight jiggle in the center but firm to the touch.
- Cool completely at room temperature then slice and serve.
- Optionally serve with ice cream and caramel
