No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. Dutch Farms Unsalted Butter, melted
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. Dutch Farms Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dutch Farms Heavy Whipping Cream

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

  • Strawberries, diced 
  • ½ cup Dutch Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS:

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, Dutch Farms Unsalted Butter (melted) and salt. Spoon into bottom of cups and chill.
  • Beat together Dutch Farms Cream Cheese (softened), sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, beat Dutch Farms Heavy Whipping Cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • Spoon cheesecake mixture into cups and chill for 1-2 hours.
  • If desired, top with strawberries and whipped cream. To make whipped cream for topping, beat Dutch Farms Heavy Whipping Cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Serve and enjoy!
