INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. Dutch Farms Unsalted Butter, melted
- ½ tsp. salt
- 8 oz. Dutch Farms Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup Dutch Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
- Strawberries, diced
- ½ cup Dutch Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, Dutch Farms Unsalted Butter (melted) and salt. Spoon into bottom of cups and chill.
- Beat together Dutch Farms Cream Cheese (softened), sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, beat Dutch Farms Heavy Whipping Cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture into cups and chill for 1-2 hours.
- If desired, top with strawberries and whipped cream. To make whipped cream for topping, beat Dutch Farms Heavy Whipping Cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Serve and enjoy!
