Cake Ingredients
- ¾ cup Dutch Farms® unsalted butter, room temp
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Dutch Farms® egg
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- ½ tsp salt
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tbs cinnamon
Directions:
- Cream butter and sugars together
- Add maple syrup, vanilla and egg
- In a separate bowl, stir baking soda, flour, cinnamon, cream of tartar and salt together
- Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients
- Chill for 1 hour

- Preheat oven to 375, and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together
- Roll dough into 1 ½ inch balls, and roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
