Ingredients
- Yellow baby potatoes
- Dutch Farms® Butter
- Dutch Farms® Cream Cheese
- Dutch Farms® Sharp Shredded cheese
- Dutch Farms® Bacon
- scallions
Directions:
- Roast Dutch yellow baby potatoes at 450ºF until tender
- Smash each potato with a fork and top with melted butter, a pat of cream cheese and a sprinkle of shredded sharp cheddar
- Return to the oven and bake 15 minutes
- Top with crumbled bacon pieces and chopped scallions
