Loaded Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Yellow baby potatoes
  • Dutch Farms® Butter
  • Dutch Farms® Cream Cheese
  • Dutch Farms® Sharp Shredded cheese
  • Dutch Farms® Bacon
  • scallions

Directions:

  • Roast Dutch yellow baby potatoes at 450ºF until tender
  • Smash each potato with a fork and top with melted butter, a pat of cream cheese and a sprinkle of shredded sharp cheddar
  • Return to the oven and bake 15 minutes
  • Top with crumbled bacon pieces and chopped scallions
