DIRECTIONS:
- For each gourmet toast simply spread, sprinkle or place the cheese on the bread first (melting optional), and then follow it up by adding on each respective ingredient.
FOR THE SMOKED SALMON:
- 4 ounces of Dutch Farms cream cheese
- 4 slices of pumpernickel bread, toasted
- 4 ounces of smoked salmon
- 12 cucumber slices
- 12 radish slices
- fresh dill for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE PEAR:
- 4 ounces of shredded Dutch Farms Gouda cheese
- 4 slices of multi-grain bread, toasted
- 1 cup of loose packed baby spinach
- 8 large thin slices of fresh pear
- salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE EGG:
- 4 ounces of Dutch Farms Whipped Cream Cheese
- 4 slices of pumpernickel bread, toasted
- 4 hard boiled and cooled Dutch Farms Eggs
- ½ thinly sliced avocado
- salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE BLUEBERRIES:
- 4 ounces of Dutch Farms Whipped Cream Cheese
- 4 slices of multi-grain bread, toasted
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- zest of ½ lemon
FOR THE TOMATOES:
- 3 thin slices of Dutch Farms Mozzarella
- 1 cup of sliced assorted cherry tomatoes
- 12 small fresh basil leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE STRAWBERRIES:
- 4 ounces of Dutch Farms Whipped Cream Cheese
- 4 slices of multi-grain bread, toasted
- 1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of reduced balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
