Beer Cheese

Ingredients

  • Dutch Farms® Cream Cheese
  • Dutch Farms® Extra Sharp Cheddar chunk
  • Dutch Farms® Mozzarella Cheese chunk
  • Your favorite beer
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • hot sauce to taste

Directions:

  • With an electric mixer, combine 8 ounces Dutch Farms Cream Cheese, 8 ounces Dutch Farms Extra Sharp Cheddar (shredded), 8 ounces Dutch Farms Mozzarella (shredded), ½ cup beer, 2 teaspoons garlic powder and hot sauce to taste.
  • Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, until browned and bubbly.
  • Serve with pretzels or crackers for dipping.
