INSTRUCTIONS:
Dutch Farms Corn Meal Mush is packaged with plenty of moisture to ensure freshness. If frying, make sure to pat the mush down with a paper towel before cooking. This will allow for a crisp texture.
FRYING: Slice the mush and pan fry over medium heat, using butter or margarine.
DEEP FRYING: Deep fry at 375°F in shortening or vegetable oil until golden brown.
BROILING: Place slices mush in baking pan with sides. Dot with butter or olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite hard or italian cheese. Broil until golden brown.
