DUTCH FARMS maple snickerdoodles

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ cup Dutch Farms unsalted butter, room temp
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Dutch Farms egg
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 ¼ cups flour
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • ½ tsp salt

CINNAMON SUGAR COATING:

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

  • Cream butter and sugars together
  • Add maple syrup, vanilla and egg
  • In a separate bowl, stir baking soda, flour, cinnamon, cream of tartar and salt together
  • Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients
  • Chill for 1 hour
  • Preheat oven to 375, and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray
  • Mix cinnamon and sugar together
  • Roll dough into 1 ½ inch balls, and roll in cinnamon sugar.
  • Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes
