DUTCH FARMS loaded hot dogs

 

Makes 16 hot dogs, 4 per topping.

 

TATER TOT HOT DOGS:

  • 4 heated hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 cups of heated tater tots
  • ¼ cup of chopped crisp cooked Dutch Farms bacon
  • ½ cup of shredded Dutch Farms Marble Jack cheese
  • sliced green onions for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  • Add the hot dogs to the buns and top off with tater tots, chopped crisp Dutch Farms Bacon, Dutch Farms shredded cheese and green onions.

BACON WRAPPED HOT DOGS:

  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 strips of Dutch Farms Bacon
  • 4 fried Dutch Farms Eggs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crushed red pepper flakes and chopped parsley for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  • Wrap each hot dog with 1 strip of Dutch Farms Bacon and sear them in a pan or flat top griddle over medium-high heat until the bacon is browned and cooked. Place hot dog in a bun and top off with a fried egg, salt, pepper and garnishes.

POUTINE HOT DOGS:

  • 1 teaspoon of Dutch Farms unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of beef stock
  • 4 heated hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 4 cups of heated French fries
  • ½ cup of Dutch Farms shredded mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a small sauce pan melt the butter and whisk in the flour until combined and cook over medium low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil while whisking until thick.  Season with salt and pepper. Add the hot dogs to their buns and top off with French fries, mozzarella, gravy and parsley.

CHILI CHEESE HOT DOGS:

  • 4 heated hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 cups of heated chili
  • 1 cup of Dutch Farms shredded cheddar cheese
  • diced yellow onions for garnish
  • sliced green onions for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  • Add the hot dogs to the buns and evenly pour over the chili.  Garnish with Dutch Farms shredded cheese and onions.
