DUTCH FARMS Baked Eggs in Bread Bowls

 

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 large Dutch Farms eggs
  • 6 large bakery rolls
  • 3 Tbs Dutch Farms salted butter
  • 1/3 cup Dutch Farms fancy shredded parmesan
  • 2 Tbs chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat Oven to 350°
  • Cut even egg-sized holes in the tops of your rolls
  • Melt butter and brush inside each of the holes
  • Crack an egg into each roll
  • Top with 1 Tsp Shredded Parmesan, a pinch each of salt and pepper and a few green onions
  • Bake 20-25 minutes, until eggs are set
