DUTCH FARMS Baked Eggs in Bread Bowls
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 large Dutch Farms eggs
- 6 large bakery rolls
- 3 Tbs Dutch Farms salted butter
- 1/3 cup Dutch Farms fancy shredded parmesan
- 2 Tbs chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat Oven to 350°
- Cut even egg-sized holes in the tops of your rolls
- Melt butter and brush inside each of the holes
- Crack an egg into each roll
- Top with 1 Tsp Shredded Parmesan, a pinch each of salt and pepper and a few green onions
- Bake 20-25 minutes, until eggs are set
