DUTCH FARMS Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 package Dutch Farms Premium Bacon
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp spicy mustard
  • 3 Tbl maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Cut bacon pieces in half for larger Brussels sprouts or thirds if you have smaller Brussels sprouts
  • Coat each piece of bacon with brown sugar on both sides and wrap around the brussels sprouts
  • Place seam side down on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
  • Gently turn the Brussels sprouts, drain the pan if there’s too much grease
  • Bake for another 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy
  • Combine mustard and maple syrup and drizzle over the Brussels sprouts
  • Enjoy!
